Here are our three different coaching plans

Lite

$17.50 +gst

per week

Group Coaching

This is our lowest cost coaching option which centres around one group coaching session a month.

We focus on a new aspect of nutrition each month, taking a deep dive into the topic then putting it into practice for the rest of the month.

This option is more self directed and is designed for those who know what they need to be doing but just need some extra support and accountability.

Base

$35 +gst

per week

Group + Monthly 1-1

This option includes the group coaching session but provides additional support with a 1-1 session with our nutritionist every month.

So that we can get to know you and ensure you have a solid nutritional base sorted, you must have done Premium coaching before moving onto this plan.

 

This is a less intensive version of weekly sessions and is aimed at refining and perfecting what you have already got in place.

Premium

$70 +gst

per week

Weekly 1-1 Coaching

This is our most hands on coaching option which includes meeting with our nutritionist every week for a 1-1 session.

This is a 'kickstart' process that will get you up and running and is designed for maximum support and guidance.

There is a minimum of 8 weeks commitment for our Premium option so that we have enough time to get your nutrition base sorted.

Fundamentals Course 

Eight lessons to get you started

Start by learning the basics of nutrition and get your base habits set up. The course includes eight lessons that provide you with a concrete place to start before jumping into the main coaching sessions. See more information here on Fundamentals.

Coaching Sessions

Monthly deep dive into a nutrition topic

We focus on a new aspect of nutrition each month, taking a deep dive into the topic then putting it into practice for the rest of the month. This video session is recorded so you can watch it in your own time.

Training Programme 

Bi monthly workout blocks 


Effective strength based workouts in eight week blocks. Each block includes six weeks of increasing intensity followed by a recovery 'deload' week then a 'testing' week to set new personal bests. Easy to follow instructional videos and a place to record each workout.

Action Steps

Monthly tasks to tick off

Concrete action steps to complete during the month to turn theory from each coaching session into action. We don’t just teach you what to do, we help you actually implement it in your own life with clear actionable steps to tick off once completed.

Q&A Session 

Monthly access to a nutritionist's brain 

A chance to troubleshoot and ask any questions that have come up from the coaching session, training programme or anything else you would like more information on. This video session is recorded so you can watch it in your own time.

Goal Setting

Time to reset and assess how the past month has gone, then set some goals for the coming month. This includes a self assessment form where you receive a score out of 100 then aim to improve it each month.

This is designed for maximum support and guidance.

You will also meet with James once a month.

This is aimed at perfecting and refining what you have already got in place.

If you would like to do coaching with a partner or friend please book in as usual for an Initial Consult and write a note that there will be two of you (the price remains the same for the Initial Consult). Please also include the other person's full name, email and phone number so we can add them to the booking. We will assess whether you will be a good fit to do the coaching together, which will depend on how similar your starting points and goals are. Premium - $45 +gst each per week

Which plan is right for me?

We have designed our plans to be moved through in the following order

Premium

You want to do this once and do it right. You will have maximum face time with 1-1 coaching sessions every week. No meal plans or quick fixes here. This is a nutritional approach that is completely tailored and designed specifically for your lifestyle. You will be here at Premium for a minimum of 8 weeks to ensure there is enough time to get your foundation as set up as possible.

Base

You have now got your nutrition foundations in place and are ready to start stepping out on your own. You will go down to one 1-1 session every four weeks plus you will be added to our group coaching sessions. You still have someone there to check in with every month, make sure you are on the right track and make tweaks together. This is a perfect mix between individualised guidance and group support. 

Lite

You have got everything under control and are confident in exactly what you need to be doing. You now simply need some extra accountability plus you want a good training programme to supplement your nutrition. You will join us for a group nutrition coaching session and new training programme every four weeks, as well as weekly check ins, action steps, goal setting and progress tracking.
