1. Book an Initial Consultation
Join James for an online video session to begin the coaching process.
Book in for a no obligations initial consultation with James, where he will see where your nutrition is currently at, talk about your goals, explain how we work and then make a plan together from there. The idea of this session is to build a comprehensive picture of your life, where we want to go and how we are going to get there.
Before the session you will be sent a form to complete help make the most of the session. You will need a phone or computer with internet access, a video camera and audio. Book this session if you want to do this once and do it right.
2. Fortnightly or monthly consults
See James every fortnight or month to get you up and running.
You will be meeting with James for 1-1 video coaching sessions either every fortnight or every month. This is a kickstart process that will get you up and running straight away, working closely with you to get your foundations set up. Each session is thirty minutes and is all online via video conference, meaning all you need is an internet connection and quiet space.
We recommend beginning with fortnightly sessions, then eventually moving down to less frequent monthly catch ups to perfect and refine what you have already got in place. You still have James there to check in with, stay accountable, make sure you are on the right track and make tweaks together. He gives you clear notes each session and set action steps so you know what you are working on week to week.
3. Self paced Blueprint course
Go through our self paced lessons outside of your 1-1 sessions to deepen your knowledge
The Blueprint is our step by step process carefully designed for you to take control of your nutrition once and for all. Imagine not trying to change everything all at once. We take you through exactly what to improve and in what order, reducing overwhelm and focusing on what actually matters. You work through one focus at a time; beginning on the first step, then working your way through all of them at your own pace.
Learning through these lessons frees up time in your 1-1 sessions to focus on your specific needs. It is the perfect mix between individualised guidance and group support. We designed this as an ongoing all-inclusive membership (like a gym membership) that covers your nutrition, training and lifestyle all in one.
4. Weekly live group coaching
In addition to your 1-1 sessions, keep exploring new topics in our weekly group live.
Every week you join us for a live coaching session where we guide you through aspects of The Blueprint. This includes questions, topics and actions with a new overall focus every eight week block. Each session is recorded if you can't make it live.
The combination of having the steps to work through under our guidance, while still seeing us for group coaching every week is the recipe for success. At each step you will gain motivation, and alongside the constant support from us your consistency will sky rocket and you will never have to 'start again on Monday'.
