Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
240g oat flour (oats in blender)
150g stevia
60g cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Method
Preheat oven to 180C on bake
Mix protein powder, oat flour, stevia, cocoa powder and baking powder in a big bowl
Whisk milk and eggs in a separate bowl
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients with a spatula
Pop mixture into a small cake or loaf tin
Bake for 17 minutes for a gooey cake or 20 minutes for a firmer cake
Mix the Greek yogurt, cacau powder and protein powder together to make the icing
Remove cake from the oven and let cool before icing
Optional for chocolate lovers - top with sugar free chocolate sauce or grate chocolate on top
