Egg Wrap

Ingredients

2 eggs


15g grated cheese


1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce


1 snack wraps


Salt and pepper


Method

Mix eggs, cheese, sweet chilli sauce and salt and pepper


Pour egg mixture into a pan and place wrap ontop


Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it is solid enough to flip


Flip so that the wrap is on the bottom and then fold in half


Crisp each side of the wrap for around 30 seconds depending on how crisp you like it


A delicious wee snack!
