Oat Cake

Ingredients

½ cup whole grain oats


1 serve vanilla protein powder


Sprinkle salt


¼ cup almond milk


1 banana



1 tablespoon Greek or soy yoghurt


¼ scoop protein powder


Peanut butter or dark chocolate


Method

Blend the oats, protein powder, salt, almond milk and banana


Put in a deep microwave proof bowl


Microwave for 45 seconds then take out and assess


Cook for a further 20-30 seconds if you like a firmer cake


To make the topping, mix yoghurt and ¼ scoop protein powder together


Add peanut butter or melted dark chocolate to the mix


Spread topping on cake
