Whether you’re just considering making changes, have started some small tweaks or are already plant based, we meet you wherever you are at. Maybe you’re unsure what to replace meat with, or find dairy hard to digest but are struggling to reduce it.

Sufficient fibre plays a huge rule in a well functioning digestive system, providing sustenance for your beneficial gut bacteria whilst also helping to move food through the digestive tract.

Greater variety in your diet means a more diverse and resilient gut microbiome, as well as better overall health. We aim to consume at least 30 different plant based foods per week.

Plants reduce cholesterol
Replacing animal proteins with plant based ones like tofu, tempeh, seitan and TVP, supplemented with beans, lentils and chickpeas will naturally reduce your saturated fat intake.
